Lawn Party by the Bay
Saturday, December 5, 2026 · 12:00–2:30 PM · Ken Thompson Park, City Island, 1700 Ken Thompson Parkway, Sarasota. More than 800 guests, tastings from up to 30 local restaurants, fine wine, craft beer, live music and the 50/50 raffle, all for a wonderful cause. Hosted by the Kiwanis Club of Longboat Key. This year's proceeds benefit the Children's Guardian Fund, which cares for children and young adults in foster care in Sarasota, Manatee and DeSoto Counties.

Restaurants: showcase your signature dish
What we ask
About 500 to 600 small tastes of your featured dish. Arrive by 11:30 AM for setup; guests arrive at noon and the event wraps up by 2:30 PM. We provide the tents, tables, plates, napkins, utensils and electricity.
What you receive
Recognition in all our marketing, including social media, our websites, the event brochure and email blasts to over 5,000 people; print ads, flyers and posters around town; and four complimentary tickets.
